i wish there was like a place where you could match up with serial killers or something. so then they could just have consenting victims.

This sounds insane but I agree. Just totally legit and consensual. Still illegal to rape, torture, etc., if not agreed upon. Because that's the big danger with it being unregulated. But purely consensual swap - you want to murder someone and I want to die - let's do it. It will 100% never happen but I can see the case for it.
