Well, think of it like this - what's a couple of minutes, hours or even days of intense fear & pain compared to an eternity of dreamless sleep? No pain, no gain...

This is exactly what I keep trying to remind myself, but it's always easier said than done.. next time I need to just tell myself to endure it and it'll all be over quickly

I would just want to know what the process of dying felt like. What it would feel like to permanently lose consciousness. Were the last few seconds filled with unbearable pain or a comforting relief?
