Venting I wish hanging wasn’t so risky.

Or I at least wish I wasn't so weak.

I was going go attempt full last night with a rope i found in the garage since my parents weren't home. But I had a panic attack when I thought about the brain damage stuff and I was too sick to even stand up after.
I it down and hid it in my closet but I just don't think it's the right method for me.
I'm just gonna have to suck it up and wait until I have a gun or something.

I'm not asking for any resources or anything I just wanted to talk about it.

Take a look at the Suicide Resource Compilation located in Suicide Discussion. There's a bunch of resources and if you scroll down theres specific sources on partial and full.

But I'd rather you take a while to sleep and get sober. Don't make any rash decisions please. I know life is miserable, and you feel theres no other option atm but I'd rather you actually think it through first. And I don't really suggest hanging if you have other options.

I've been suicidal for many years and have attempted multiple times with no luck! so I'm hoping to get some better options for when I need them the most. Thank you for responding. Take care

Is it tho? All you need is a rope and anchor point which can support your weight and ~30 min of alone time. Most people who survive with brain damage are those who have been "saved".

Yeah I don't see what's so risky about it. Lots of people hang themselves. Just don't get caught.

For suspension the reward outweighs the risk to me but I think other options are more my style.

Anxiety isn't realistic.
it doesn't matter that I know what to do or how easy it actually is. I'm scared of living through it somehow and thats it
