I do not want any advice

My brother and by extension my family has abused me to the point where this is the only option

I will jump off a bridge tomorrow most likely

Oh I'm so sorry you're in such a bad place, but I'm not sure if it's a therapist's responsibility to find accommodation for you.

You sound really down on yourself and you sound desperate to leave your home, but you need to give it time in order to find somewhere else to live. If there is a woman's refuge locally, you may get a room there. Can you make some enquiries at your Citizen's Advice Bureau?

I didn't mean you were bad. Thinking about it getting sectioned may be a good thing for you as it would get you away from the abuse and also give you a chance to discuss with social workers what your options are. I depends how you feel about mental hospitals. I hate them some love them.

my desperation will be my downfall. I am just tired. Of trying and being continuously let down. I am tired....sometimes it just gets hard to try new options. Giving up is sometimes the best option

Have you actually looked for accommodation? Do you have a social worker? They would probably help with housing options.

You're not being attacked here, why would we attack you? We're all the same family here.

Never give your therapists an ultimatum, they're not responsible for your accomodations, but may guide you to them and you make the call yourself. If you threaten to CTB, they'll definitely put you in the hospital or a jail cell (depending on which country you're in).

You're obviously having a crisis at the moment. We've all been there. You're emotions are heightened, you think no one understands you, you think no one is listening, you think no one likes you, you think no one cares. You're paranoia is going to be high which blows everything out of proportion. But now is the worst possible time to make a decision like this. Just lie on your bed and cry for as long as necessary, that's what I do. Once the crisis is over, you then need to contact your therapist or social worker to get the ball moving on somewhere new to live.

Hugs Hon. I have said it over and over. The psychological community needs to learn that suicide is more often than not situational and could do far more good if they attempted to help fix the problem instead of the person. My heart is with you no matter what happens.
