Why not try cremation?that's how i like to think of it too. i wish i could be buried without a casket.
that's what i'm going to try to go for (if my wishes aren't disrespected), but cremation just doesn't seem the same to me.Why not try cremation?
Unfortunately, cremation is actually not good for plant life. (Source) Natural human decomposition would be the best way to return nutrients to the earth. Neil deGrasse Tyson has said something to this effect. Why not try cremation?
Would you rather feed the worms or be dust in the wind.that's what i'm going to try to go for (if my wishes aren't disrespected), but cremation just doesn't seem the same to me.
feed the worms, definitely. i don't want anything to be left of me.Would you rather feed the worms or be dust in the wind.
That's my backup plan.Approach a neutron star; annihilated before you can even get close. It might not be the most peaceful way to go though?
Yes I've actually witnessed a Tibetan Sky Funeral the vultures were very well fedIn Tibet a normal "burial" is for the body to be taken to the mountains and chopped up so it's easier for animals to carry away. (To eat) Their whole society is traditionally without any kind of waste.
It'll be pretty quick...Approach a neutron star; annihilated before you can even get close. It might not be the most peaceful way to go though?
