Besides suicide, I think this is the only way to find relief, my life is pathetic, but only if I can start over, new places, new people, new memories, I think I'll be better.
I know it's hard, but does anyone know exactly how can I do it?

You already answered that yourself. Leave where you are and start anew. You may be better. Give that a shot. If it doesn't work, you can always revisit ctb at a later time. Good luck to you.

I think you may get better answers if you post this in the recovery forum x

in canada and i believe the usa, you're able to just up-and-leave assuming you're an adult and not expressing an intention to harm yourself / others. if you're not legally an adult things get a bit more nuanced

I did it many years ago, similar situation...attempted suicide, failed, decided to take off across the country and start anew. I worked two jobs for a year to save up for it. If you have some money and a vehicle that's a good start.

I don't have much money, so I guess my first step is to find a job

Sounds like the start of a plan to me. Go for it. Try to give it everything you have, too, although I can understand when you're feeling low and depressed and are in some despair, how hard that can be.

Change starts with the words you've written. One step forward at a time. Envisioning new people places things. A job. A job is a good place to start.

Yeah start with prepping your resume, job hunt and if you fail, keep hunting! I dont know what your career has been so far, but perhaps taking out a loan and going to college to gain more skills/credentials is also an option.

I also agree with the suggestion to post in Recovery forum -- this place can feel a bit negative at times for people who are intent on turning their life around. Good luck!
