Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i see. maybe would something like this be more informative on where its allowed and its criteria interactive map (clicking on a coloured area takes u to a page). i did look and, i think netherlands allows it w/o having a specific requirement of 'if ur going to die in x time from x thing or whatever'. idk if the map is outdated or anything though.
