This is exactly how I feel. I'm so tired, I want to fade away peacefully. Dying is too messy, too traumatic to those left behind. I would love my existence to be erased.

I understand how you're feeling perfectly and I know how much it sucks.

Just try to do something small, such as taking a shower and cleaning up your room everyday! You'll feel a bit better and maybe you'll feel like doing something else. At least that happened to me.
