Inside of school and outside of school I have to deal with these fuckers. I have been dealing with them my entire life I've tired fighting back I've tried getting help but it doesn't fucking work. This shit sucks. Any ideas on how to stop the bullying? I've tried other sites but they haven't worked so this might be my last chance here.

I was bullied to the point that I have nightmares over them. It is such a cruel world, and human beings are the ones that contribute to the amount of suffering that is prevalent throughout life. I would just say stand up for yourself, given that it's easier said than done, and fight for yourself harder. Make sure to make as much noise so that people listen to you. Don't let them take advantage of yourself. You don't have to be the punching bag for everyone

I also had bullies when I was in middle/high school that made me want to ctb. While I stopped carrying about what they said and I got big enough where they couldn't fight me without getting their own asses kicked, I never forgot what they said and I've still never lost the desire to ctb.

Idk what they are saying/doing to you, but just ignoring them is how I got my bullies to f off. When they thought that what they were doing to me wasn't affecting me (even though it was), they lost interest and moved on.

I personally have no experience either bullying (duh) or being bullied. But generally people are cowards. The main advices are something you've prolly heard a hundred times by now- hit the gym, make friends, avoid the bullies, complain, learn how to fight .

People look at bullying with a lot more disdain than, say, two decades ago. Try to be as much vocal about the bullying happening as possible, they will leave you just because it won't be worth it.

As Failure21 says , no one punches a wall. Ignoring should work to an extent, and hoping they'll start picking someone else.

I'll not comment on threats of bodily harm, as, well, that's probably not a good idea.

I feel bad for you, I'm sorry you have to go through these assholes. There's nothing more defeating in life than getting bullied to death

There's good advice in this thread. I'll add one thing: don't ctb, because once school is over you'll never have to deal with this again. And if you ctb, the bullies basically win. Don't give them the satisfaction. You are a strong person for having gotten through this.

I hope that in whatever you decide you manage to be free from that situation. It's just so awful how people treat others so badly and create so much suffering, it must be really horrible what you have to go through.

I beg to disagree. I got bullied at work as an adult just like I got as a kid in school. It is more subtle but equally damaging. One of my reasons to ctb too. I don't want to be among people anymore.

Damn, I'm sorry you're going through that. And fair point, I had meant that OP wouldn't have to deal with bullying at school, though adults of course can be cruel as well.

I would nonetheless argue that since OP will have far greater choice in where they work vs. where they go to school, I think it's way more likely they can find an environment that suits them after graduating.

It's generally acknowledged that bullying, especially childhood bullies is a result of deeply held feelings of shame. It doesn't stop it happening, but understanding why they are driven to such behaviour at might in some way help you understand that the problem is them, not you.
Life WILL get better. The day WILL come when you have become a well balanced adult, with the ability to have normal interpersonal relationships, jobs, a home etc. For them, that's not such a certainty.
It is true (although no doubt not what you want to hear), that ignoring them is the best way to deal with such people. Have you heard of "Lolcows"? They're people who are bullied online and in real life to insane extents for decades. If you see what happens to them, it's obvious how those attacking them are seeking a response. They want to see outbursts of anger. When their provocation doesn't achieve the desired result, they'll pretty soon move onto a target which will.
I was that kid at school who nobody even cared enough about to bother bullying. You are better than them in every way.

Attritional tactics might yield good results, if you make it too costly for it to bully you then they would be less inclined to pick on you. If the person in charge is not doing anything to prevent bullying, then making the life of your bully as miserable as possible might be a viable tactic. High-quality itch powder and stink bombs/liquids can really ruin someone's day, however mundane they may seem.

If I was in your position personally I would try to harm their social life or do anything I can to cause permanent damage to their character/person and make sure they know it was me. Send them a message, keep your chin up and stand your ground, school won't be permanent for your life and "CTB" will be, don't give them the pride knowing they drove someone to CTB and live in spite as long as they're affecting you to come out on top.

I was bullied at school for years cos l came from a different country and had a an accent. If anything l wish l had learned some sort of self defence to give me the confidence to stick up for myself. I am so sorry to hear that this is happening to you, is there a teacher you can talk to? Maybe arrange to go to school later and leave earlier. Are they bullying you in class? If so the school has an obligation to make you safe while you are in their care. Please talk to someone ❣️

Unfortunately, schools don't take the initiative to stop bullies. If they did, no one would need to suffer even in school which is advertised as a safe place for learning. Of course you can always tell the teacher but there's no guarantee it'll help. I suggest ignoring them. If they don't get a nice reaction from you then they would not have fun and just stop. Of course there's no guarantee it'll work. Or maybe you can tell your parents so there would be a definite action against them. (Depending on your age). Hope things get better for you.

Trying to resolve unresolved trauma and inevitably doing similar also got me expelled from uni which obviously makes things worse, so I would think twice about this. Most people want you to be "mature" about the pain you suffered, i.e. suffer in silence I'm afraid.

I know how you feel. I've been bullied too. But don't CTB because of someone else. If you are gonna end your life do it for a personal, deeper, intimate reason. Bullies are nothing. I know that it doesn't seem that way now but they will go away. They don't matter. Don't CTB because of someone that is not even worth a breath.
