Any before you say it, I don't have access to antiemetics, besides that is their something I should know? The only things that come to mind are not to drink water before because the DMSO would crystalize in my stomach (possibly), does anyone know how long I should not drink? Also would taking an antacid help it go quicker and would Ibuprofen mess things up?

Someone called @Xerxes once posted some threads about combining DMSO with SN. DMSO is used in transdermal applications - that's the whole point of it, that it penetrates the skin. There's no reason to add it to something you intend to drink. It doesn't speed anything up or potentiate anything.
