Help I took paracetamol while drunk

Heya guys,
I drank 0,2 bottle of rum this morning and woke up with a terrible headache and without thinking I took one pill of paracetamol to cure that headache. And then I remembered that someone told me paracetamol and drinking even in small amounts can be deadly. So I am asking what now. Cuz I really don't wanna die because of liver failure. That's a terrible death. I tried to threw up the pill but nothing came out lol.
If there really is a possibility I could get hurt because of this, how long does it take before I'll be not functional? I need to do some work tomorrow. Thanks

One pillow won't do any harm. You would need to take at least eight of them to even have a chance for side effects, let alone overdose...

But please still remember, that it is not recommend to mix any drugs with alcohol. First time,second etc. will be no harm, but if continue to mix it or you will drink too much, then threat is real.
