Help I think I’m going insane

im consistently shaking and twitching starting to hear voices and busting into tears randomly can anything else go wrong this year I can't go on like this I think I'm getting the bus tonight

I am so terribly sorry. This is where I've been for several weeks. It truly, profoundly sucks.

Hallucinating, as I lie in bed, that my beloved is curled around me, her hand on my shoulder, is particularly awful.

I'm just waiting for one last calender event/obligation to pass, and then I'm headed for the bus stop as soon as my courage allows.

There is something I want to wait for in a couple of weeks but I just can't go on feeling like this might drop a few sleeping tablets see how I feel in the morning if I'm still like this I'm done and I have a free house for about 10 hours so don't have to worry about been found

If it's time, it's time. I've flinched three times recently, and I suspect a big part of that is because I've had something I'm waiting for that held me back. If you can set aside that sense of obligation, I'd guess you've got a good chance of succeeding.

I'll miss you if you go, but I know what you're going through and I understand how important it is to make it end. If I don't see you around --safe travels.

I know the feeling. My insomnia is back and I know what happens....I get real fucking weird, real fast. I'm sorry that you are going through that, it's got to be hard. I wish you peace.

ive had insomnia come back for the last 6 weeks the only way i sleep is with a lot of pills but im having to take more and more every couple of nights but something just clicked this morning and its just been getting worse and worse all day

My insomnia will get worse b/c person i live with has no gracious moments when they are up, always wakes me up too. I'm so tired. I can understand how you are feeling to a point. I hope that you can find some relief.

I'm right there with you on the insomnia. I can't believe how long we can stay awake without sleep and being so strung out. It's gotten out of hand and making this more desirable.
