Hello. 708af1e5f6bf468f29647cfd8810f5c3 compulsive disorder healthy skin
I suffer from dermatillomania. I had a clean face without damage. I love to touch my face, find irregularities and pick and scratch them. Hold on for one day and start again. My face hurts. The cosmetics do not hide the wounds. It's a shame to go outside.
I've tried wearing gloves, but it doesn't work.
Have you had this?
this photo is not mine.

I also suffer from dermatillomania. My back and feet have marks similar to the pic you posted and many articles of my clothing are bloodstained. It's so annoying to deal with. Solidarity

Kinda

I have trichotillomania as a guy and used to have a lot of scars on my neck as a result, I needed about ten laser hair removal treatments on my neckbeard and moustache to help stop the urge to pluck and still need to shave twice a day to resist the need to. The scars are healing slowly now

not the same thing but I understand your pain. Sorry about what you're going through... maybe try hypnotherapy if you haven't?

Fidget spinner. I used to bite my nails and also touched my face subconsciously when I thought. But cut all these habits since have fidget spinners. It also helps me focus slightly better. Though the downside is the new habit hurt my fingers and wrists since I play them easily six plus hours per day.

I have this to a lesser degree, I tend to just tear the skin off of my lips more than anything though, I'm not as bad with the rest of my face.

I tend to find keeping my hands occupied is the way to go, I usually choose puzzle games on my phone rather than fidget toys because they keep my brain busy too.
