I hear you there. People thought my partner killed herself via insulin overdose but she didnt, full inquest and everything. I thought it would make things better when people heard the truth from professionals but no ive still lost many friends and im public enemy number 1. Currently sectioned for my own safety but i just want to die they dont get it

I try to understand your regreting buddy - why did you wronged people and actually what was that wronging about? Behaviours are changable, i dont know what you did, but you said doing pain - was it on purpose, for fun? What kind of pain? If you want let's look at it, i am a master of excusing, maybe i can help changing a perspective.

I behaved terribly - unconscionably - while on an amphetamine trigger mania (I'm bipolar) that lasted a couple of years.Cheated on wife, solicited prostitutes - even wrote a very explicit story about one evening with an escort and my wife found it online. I can't imagine how she must have felt learning by reading my own words that the love of her life (she used to tell me I was that all the time) and the father of our daughter was capable of such massive and ugly betrayal. So yea, I'm familiar with regret, remorse, sorrow for a life thrown away...
