I am really indecisive as to what hanging method I should use. To help with this, I would like to share some photos I took in the park where I'll be CTB. BTW, someone has already CTB at this park in the past.

Full suspension:

The branch is over two meters/ 6 ft 7 in, and mostly hidden from eyesight.

Partial hanging:

This one is my prefered method, because I won't have to bring a chair to reach the tree and tie a knot. The major caveat I have with it is how visible it is. I will be CTB at midnight, but tomorrow there will be a st. Patrick's day parade in my city, so there might be some cars passing through even late at night. PS also seems more peaceful than the other option and I have also attempted it other times.

I also want your guys opinions if this anchor knot is sufficient, if you'd like to ofc.

I know that I can't have all the answers and should stop overthinking, but I'm starting to get worried I might fuck up survive and get brain damage.

sorry for my bad english.

I'm sorry I don't have answers to your questions, but I have a question of my own. What do you mean by "PS"? And that it seems more peaceful? And can I ask what happened the other times you tried to CTB? No worries if you don't want to answer.

I am by no means qualified to say anything I don't think, but the trunk of the tree looks thick and sturdy enough depending on height and weight, judging by your arm in the pic (smaller body composition?)

The other times I tried to do it, I failed because I gave up and thought I wasn't as doomed as I really am

I'd find somewhere more private or climb up in the tree out of sight.

Ahh ok I see. I get the feeling. That is much more appealing to me as well, more control maybe? Most of what holds me back is the worry of failing, fight or flight/survival instinct kicking in against my will and struggling and/or panicking. All the best and thx for responding.
