I have the rope and it feels quite good around my neck. I'm the happiest when I think about that -and how I will kms soon.
I hang the rope around a door with a slipknot around the handle and a slipknot on the other side with my head in it..
What are some tips?

I am doing something very similar but I am going to lubricate the rope with soap.This help the rope tighten quicker and make it more effective and faster. I hope you find peace.

I think I have a quite good rope. It's sliding enough.
