I ordered my SN, not planning on taking it as soon as it arrives but since school started again and autumn is coming it'll make it easier for me if things become unbearable again

The SN hasn't been hard to find but the several other medications required for it have...idk I'm worried about it being painful and I can't find D2 blockers

To be honest it didn't rly settle in yet for me that I ordered something that can kill me if i take it
