I need to die

I have chronic health issue that has made my life hell. I need a way out. Most preferable would be sn but i cant go to post office by myself to get it due to my illness. My only options are

hanging, tourniquet, freezing to death. What's the best option? I have benzos but nothing else. I desperately need to stop existing. I cant risk a failed attempt.

If i went outside in damp clothes when its -20 degrees with a lot of benzos, would i fall asleep and die somewhat peacefully? Im a huge pussy though. Strangulation scares me. Many fail partial hanging, and i cant risk that. How many have been succesful with tourniquet?

Is there a way to get sn discreetly? I heard it usually comes with a warning of a dangerous substance. If i only could get it, but im bed bound mostly, so my caretakers would have to get the package. I dont have anyone who would help me getting sn so i probably need to ditch that idea.

Please help im desperate. I cant live like this.

Couple questions to start, where are you located and what condition let you freeze to death outside but doesn't allow you to go to the post office?
Personally, I got SN via mail through ebay. Package came from poland, sealed, and discreet package.
Funny story, I misspelled my name on the address and a neighbor got the package in her mailbox, so she left me a note. Didn't suspect a thing about the content, so there's that.
Do your caretakers open your mail for you?
As for the other methods, I haven't made enough research.

I live northern europe in remote location so i could sneak out during the night. I get pain if i travel, post office is far and i cant even go to doctor's office anymore. They do open my mail. I guess i could ask them not to open it, but i dont want them involved in getting poison for my death.
