As some of you know I'm on holiday ATM . I'm in gran canaria ATM then I'm back at England on Thursday. I'm dreading it. But we might be booking up again. Anyways I'm not focused on that.

I'm focussed on this. My SN Method. I need you to tell me it's gonna work kind of thing. Even though I know SN is random as fuck.

Right, so, here's my plan..... Take me meto t+o.oo then take two meto again t+8.00 and 800mg taganet then t+9.00 then take my SN.

If you understood that tell me it will work or not work.

From what I've read, you seem to have it sussed, however you probably know more than me about the effectiveness of it. I'm aware of two or three successes with it in the past couple of months.

Looks good to me. Although some users do an antiemetic regimen for a few days.

Yes I know. I don't understand this regime of a few days as I've read the chemicals are out of your system within a few hours. I honesty thought taking anti emetics and anti acids one hour before was enough now I'm not sure. Then you read about the nurse who died off one gram of SN and it makes you think.

I have 250 grams off the stuff so from what I've read on here I'd take two tablespoons worth which is about 18 grams off the stuff. That's what another user said on here about tablespoons although that could be bull shit.

- why not take first Antiantacid 24hours prior to SN ? I also wont do full 3day regime.
- dont rely on some rare cases that died from minimal dose, I did the same with AMyt OD (some people died from as little as 800mg or even therapeutic dose) but they might have undiagnosed cardiac condition or enzyme deficiency neccesary for metabolizing
- I think 2 tablespoon should be ok, I bought digital scales but i cant seem to figure out how it operates lol(im not good with these things)
- Will you mix it with spoon once you put SN in the water ,or let it dissolve on its own?

to lighten up the conversation a bit lol......how's the weather in gran canaria in january ?!

all the shops , restaurant's, bars open? or a few closed for winter? thought about getting away for a week in the winter before!

The sun has been out since I got here on Thursday. I was sun burned the first day. Yesterday my forehead and nose was peeling very badly, let's just say I looked very flakey lol.

The thing I love about gran canaria is how relaxed the atmosphere is. People are just chilled out and generally nice people although I have been offered drugs everytime I go to the main shopping centre, I just must have one of them faces that attracts the dodgy people lol who knows.

To the poster who asked me about SN and mixing it. According to my knowledge and research that I've done it's better to stir it properly. Again this is just here say and could be wrong but I don't mind being the guinea pig on this forum if it gives everyone on here a peace of mind and proof that SN works or not.

I read one story where a man was depressed and police officers found him dead next to a white substance which was tested and revealed as SN. I'm just disappointed how unreliable it is but we will find out. I'll keep you all updated when I take it. Least with me you will know it's genuine unlike a certain user who claimed they took it last week then was online a few days later. I'm not saying anymore as I don't want to break the rules so let's leave it at that.

We are in Puerto Rico the bottom of the island so it's very hot. In Eden apartments. We are all inclusive which is deffo the better option. A litre of vodka is 10.50 euros. I've bought 60% vodka which is stupid because I have IBS but fuck it I'm dead soon lol. I'd recommend to anyone on here who has some left over money or wanna max out their credit cards like i have to come here. Although I don't wanna encourage that kind of behaviour.

I am in a dilemma though. I have about two and half grand left which is fuck all I know but do I come back here after Thursday or just kill myself. Seems a waste leaving money in the bank when I'm dead soon anyways.
