Why do you need a trigger?

I don't understand asking for this, when people have their reasons, they are usually more than enough in and of themselves.

sometimes depression arrives in a state where you can't do anything, so weak even for ctb, the trigger would be to start planning my end, no trigger makes a person without psychological problems do something like that, there's no reason to splurge
