A lot of people arrive here in a panic, and most of us get moments of panic when SI makes an appearance. Every time I want to recommend this litany against fear, from Dune. Maybe if people find it helpful, it could be pinned. Like the DON'T PANIC on the guide, you know. This could also go in Recovery, but this forum involves situations that are a little more urgent, so.
