Venting I lost three people in Dec-Jan

My best friend of decade plus years died of a heart attack in his sleep. He was young and it was unexpected.
I lost a goddaughter last month to SN, and my confidante died to COVID-19.
Everyone I talk to has either died or lost someone recently.

I'm not sure where to put all these thoughts & feelings. It doesn't end here.

I am very sorry. This must feel horrible. Life can be very cynical. People who want to die can become 100 years old and people who love their life die early. This is truely unfair. I think it is almost unimaginable for people who did not experience so many loses in such a short time how terrible that much feel.

We didn't used to live that long. Financially, it is harder to support yourself with this many extra years after retirement and the cost of living is always above people's income.

There's nothing to be said about bringing back loved ones. Nothing that can be done to really ease the pain. I know the pain seems bottomless and unending, and maybe it is, I don't know. I'm sorry for your loss, though. All of them.
