• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Recovery is difficult, a long path that many times we even have to walk alone.

People think that when you decides to continue living (which is not the same as deciding not to die), they imagine that that person has a lot of support and loving people around... and it may be true... but most of the time When you are suicidal you have already given up on other people in your life or you have no one.

I don't know you, I don't know your circumstances either, but if you decided to recover and you are having a bad time: I wanted to tell you that you are doing well. If you decided to recover at first(A very complicated decision to make) it is because you know that not everything is lost yet.

I see myself reading this and saying "I don't care, I just want to die"... emotions can be a bitch, and sometimes what we tell ourselves isn't what's actually happening. Our brain transforms reality to relive our greatest fears, or to comfort ourselves by drowning in our sadness and despair.

Do not give up.
