Help i just need a pill regardless of pain

okay ive asked before about pills that have little to no pain but im desperate for anything at this point. anyone know any pills (household if possible) that u can die from? regardless if pain level. but if the pain is really bad, what are the effects?

the thing is that modern pills cant kill you that easylly, you will prob just end up in a blackout and get caught
