How do I gain more confidence with out venting more and more, I was able to do a lot of cool things but after I got tinnitus and some weird diseases I have lost all my abilities, I can't play blindfold chess now😔

Confidence is something that develops naturally through repetition. Unfortunately it's not something that can really be faked As humans are social creatures they can very easily pick up on even the most subtle clues In human behavior. Most of this stuff isn't consciously picked up on but rather the subconscious.

The best thing you can do would be to slowly immerse yourself in the areas that you want to be confident in. I'm not sure exactly what your goals would be as you didn't list any outside of the blind chess However I can give a few examples. If you want to be more confident around people just try to spend more time around people and experiment and don't be afraid to mess things up. All sorts of people get slow starts on their social skills for one reason or another when they were in school they isolated a bit too much and didn't develop them properly. This is nothing to be ashamed of and it merely takes practice I'm not saying this is your issue I'm just giving an example As it's a common one when people bring up confidence issues.

I have really bad neuropathy and one of my symptoms is tinnitus It was incredibly loud the past two weeks actually. The best advice that I can give in regards to it is to establish white noise in environments that you can be comfortable in a fan on the lowest setting helps a lot. Also not putting yourself in confined spaces where sound bounces around quite rapidly helps with tinnitus. Avoiding the inside of a quiet car or a closet for example you want to put yourself in as open an area as possible. This is why your tinnitus will generally be worse inside your house than when you're outside.

Another thing that I would recommend is seeing a ENT specialist As they can make sure that there isn't any underlying issues that would be making your tinnitus worse. Having a bunch of ear wax That's impacted against the eardrum will create massive tinnitus. Using Q Tips is actually a very bad way to clean your ears the most recommended thing is to use hydrogen peroxide And pour it into your ear and tilt your head to the side. Prepare something to watch where you can be comfortable For 15 to 20 minutes. If you haven't cleaned your ears like this for a while it's possible that you need to do two or three sessions for 40 minutes to really melt away the earwax.

Lastly it's important to know that your tinnitus won't always remain incredibly loud you're going to have peaks where the severity is heightened for a Few weeks sometimes Much longer. Tinnitus is a little bit like Breathing or swallowing or breathing or any automatic function it becomes strenuous if you focus on it there's various methods to help people deal with and accept tinnitus symptoms. In the most severe cases there are medical professionals that can help guide you through the process if that's something you feel like you would need seeing a ENT ears nose and throat specialist would be the first step.

Two things that always agitated my tinnitus really badly was when I went to the dentist and they would use a sonic drill and when I would go to get my haircut and they would use a electric Shaver. These sorts of weird electronic noises would really mess with my hearing. Anyway I wish you nothing but the best and if you want someone to talk to my DMS are open.
