I have an Ulcer and I know that SN orally, that is, alone would be Excruciatingly Painful. However, I was just wondering, if you took some H, like maybe 4 grams, before hand, rectal plugging Only the H that is, would it still be as Painful? Any informmation would be greatly appreciated!

Out of sheer curiosity if you have access to H why not just OD on H instead of risking taking a concentration of sodium orally? My medical knowledge is not extensive enough to actually answer your question unfortunately.

Being as I do not know the purity of the H, I want to make sure Nothing messes up.

I guess in theory it would work if the H was pure enough to numb the pain. Street H is iffy but it seems like even it was 5% or so pure it would dull everything.

If you did the meto regimen for the SN it would be even better because it would help keep you from tossing your cookies with the H.

I really have no idea, just thoughts. I've never been into H so how it would react with your stomach (taken rectally) is a complete mystery to me. All I really know is H is an opiate so it seems like it would work to me.

Pretty good idea actually, at least to me.

4 grams rectally will 100% kill you.

I do not know the purity, however, I have a friend that got some from the same batch. He took 2 lines and was out for 2 1/2 days. So what do you think the purity may be?

it's definately more than street level pure. I was doing H when I was young and ODed once. Just took a hit, went to heaven, then woke up in a hospital. They've told me I was lucky to be alive.
My point is if you have access to H, there's no need to mess with SN. 4g is more than enough.

btw I'm planning on getting H myself. Just to take the edge of the pain. Regular painkillers just don't work anymore. So here we go again... 25 years later I'm back on track again.. just for different reason. Who would've thought..

Any irritant that comes into contact with an ulcer will be very painful you would need treatment for about 2 weeks prior to let it heal

Did you miss the 4 grams of H before hand, and if it didn't work, then
use the SN?
And you are angry because?

You obviously did NOT read my thread at all!

If you took Meto before hand, and you used the H, 4 grams mind you, and if it did NOT work, the take the SN as a last resort.

Have there been any reports of SN causing stomach upset, outside of simply vomiting what the body sees as poison?

Thank you so much for responding.
It is nice to talk to someone that has done it and can give advice.
I just NEED for it to help me have a painless transition into what's next.
It is a MUST NEED to accomplish!!!

My fiance' and I are doing it together. And we can't afford to wake up and have the other dead...you understand?
So, you definitely use 4 grams each, and just in case one of us wakes up, the SN is ready to use.
The Meto would already have been taken...btw.'

You think we can make it to the other side?
Has there been any reports of SN causing stomach upset, outside of simply vomiting what the body sees as poison?

Unfortunately, yes.
Several people have stated that if you have an ulcer, it's like putting salt on a wound. You see the problem?

I am doing this with my fiance' and it is crucial that whatever we do must be Final!
However, if one of us wakes up, the SN is a last resort.

Do you think that is possible?
Have there been any reports of SN causing stomach upset, outside of simply vomiting what the body sees as poison?

SN is like salt on a wound, which an ulcer is, an open wound.

But if you took some 4 grams of H, would it still be fatal?

SN is like salt on a wound, which an ulcer is, an open wound.

I'm not so certain that sodium nitrite acts like sodium chloride does when rubbed into a wound.

Sodium nitrite cream is being used to treat large ulcers and help them to heal. I have yet to read about any pain or increase in pain from applying this cream to these ulcers. The highest concentration cream I have read about is 2%, very likely less than the concentration of the nitrite solution in the stomach.

I'm curious to find a definitive answer as the listed side effects of vomiting and stomach pain could simply be from the bodies attempt to get the poison out. I haven't personally read any reports that say the solution itself would be particularly hard on the stomach or an ulcer. As well, the extremely small amount of solution (around 50ml) and the placement of the ulcer would make a difference. A person could very well use less than 50ml of water, as a little over 40g is soluble in 50mL water at 25°C.

I'm not looking to argue and I wish I could remember all I learned in university regarding biology and chemistry. A lot of info online is published in journals which aren't easily accessed with $$$.

Just curious why they didn't give you the treatment to cure the ulcer, I went through shit for years before they discovered it was caused by a bacteria. In all fairness it did keep me thin, the pain at times though was excruciating, especially when it perforated.

I know it says that you don't take any more replies, but I thought I would at least try.

I have had an ulcer since I was 12. They were talking about cutting out half of my stomach.
This seemed scary as hell.
They did not do the surgery.
My ulcer started to get better, or so I thought.

Then it came back.
I went to a doctor about 6 months ago, and he did tests and an endoscopy.
He did not contact me for what seemed like forever.

The real kicker is that he was also thinking it might be cancer, and conveniently forgot to tell me for 6 months. I have been scared to death all this time.
I have really excruciating pain when I'm under stress especially. My nerves are Really bad.

So, anyway the doctor wants me to have another endoscopy, probably to tell me I need surgery, which I can't even afford the visit, let alone an endoscopy. A surgery is a pure joke for me and my situation.
So, as you can see, this is why I asked this question.

The SN is Only to be used as a last resort, if I were to happen to wake up from about 4 grams of H.

Hi,
The "not open for further replies" is just a joke about what it says on locked threads.
I'm assuming you're in the US, I had a duodenal ulcer from about 17 until nearly 30 years of age. Had endoscopies, barium meals etc. Around the late 90's they discovered it was a bacteria that drills holes in the gut, the cure was a course of three different meds to destroy the bacteria.
I don't know if you have a duodenal or peptic ulcer etc. Have you looked up the cure for stomach ulcers? as far as I'm aware surgery for ulcers is outdated.

Ha!!!...That is hilarious that you did that, btw.

Yes, I am in the US. However, I must tell you that I live in a VERY po-dunk town...doesn't even have a bookstore for crying out loud!!!
So...the doctors here are actually OUTDATED here!!!
I have a peptic ulcer, among many other stomach issues...such as GERD, for example.
I had not thought of checking up on the ideas you have mentioned...I merely felt I was at the mercy of these OUTDATED doctors and methods.

I checked it out and peptic also responds to the same treatment for duodenal.
Quote :
The most common causes of peptic ulcers are infection with the bacterium Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and long-term use of aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (Advil, Aleve, others)
Since you contracted it at a young age I would rule out NSAIDs unless you know otherwise. The bacteria can be contracted via dirty water, food, utensils, or bodily fluids from an infected person.
I would seek out another doctor as that one sounds like a quack.

I know the pain an ulcer causes, you don't want it to perforate (burst) believe me it's hell.
A quack is an old term for a doctor who doesn't have a clue what he's doing, and by suggesting surgery for an ulcer I'd tell him to go back to med school.

Is this for a Peptic Ulcer?

This is to speed-up regenerating process in your stomach
I don't know the exact brand names available in your country, so you need to look it up by the substance name.
Those are supposed to be OTC. if they're not then you'll have to buy online. some indian generic will do.

omeprazole - 2 times a day
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omeprazole

or rabeprazole 40mg - 1nce a day.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabeprazole

rebamipide - this one will help to regenerate your stomach lining.

+ any antacid. I used Rennie. it comes in tablets. take it every time you feel your stomach starts to burn:

Thanks for the great info. I've never been prescribed it, but I see it all the time on here...will meto calm an ulcer if you do the 2 & a half day regimen or the stat dose? I know it helps people who don't have ulcers not get sick, but does it relieve pain in any way? I have some but tbh I'm afraid of tardive dyskinesia. Meto has a big warning about that. It would be hard mixing up SN if you couldn't be still.
