Should i take Tagmet,, antimertics, and then sn ?

I am surrounded by people.

Maybe night time is best?

You need at least a few hours to be sure. and you obviously need at least a room to yourself. Night time is good but the best time is when everyone is out of the house at work or something.

With SN you'll be dead between 40 minutes to 4 hours.
There are two regimens, the 48 hours and the stat dose. I suggest you read Stan's guide:

If you are doing this without any planning ( which I strongly advise you to do) make another SN drink as the chances to throw up are very high

According to Stan the Antiemetics should be a dopamine blocker which Ondansetron isn't.
If you can get any of these antiemetics it would be ideal:

1. Dromperidone
2. Metoclopramide
3. Olanzapine
4. Alizapramide
5. Chlorpromazine
6. Prochlorperazine

Attempting to CTB right now. should it be 800 mg of tagamet and then 20 mg of sm mixed with water? Reading and Rereading Stan's guide but guidance is perferable for me. Dont want to come back. Have fasted since 10 pm yesterday.

The medications Stan mentions are not used as an antiemetic. Nothing is likely to make you not vomit, most people do vomit therefore a second drink is pertinent to have. The reason for the meto and other drugs Stan mentions is because they make gastric emptying occur significantly faster so the SN will leave your stomach and be processed much faster than if you didn't have it. It has nothing to do with taking those meds to decrease your odds of vomiting. The reality is you are feeding your body poison. Your body knows what to do, it will vomit in 99% of cases even if it's after you lose consciousness and you just end you choking in the vomit and never waking up. Just wanted to correct that information so OP is aware that Zofran isn't less likely to induce vomiting and isn't a reliable substitute for meto as it does not make you dump your stomach contents faster. This can all be found in Stans guide and the SN mega thread as well.

Also good to note that you don't need anything else besides the SN. SN by itself at these doses is more than enough to kill multiple people let alone one. The other medications are just extras for comfort basically. Stan mentioned that too in his guide

It's against the rules for us to tell you exactly what you do, that's helping a suicide which is a felony in most places. I would urge you to wait and read Stans guide and the megathead until you clearly understand it and have a plan. It's significantly more likely to fail the more impulsive you are and if you don't clearly understand and have a plan.

Being surrounded by people makes it almost impossible unless you have like 5 hours to be alone.
If I lived with my parents or whoever, I would book a hotel room.

while theres no easy way to ctb, I wouldnt want people who care about me to findmy corpse. take your time,think it through. good luck,we are here foryou 24/7!
