I tried yesterday partial hanging and i didnt passed out I counted to 30 seconds but there was only the pain i hurt my throat and my eyes still hurting almost popped out because of the pressure then i give up because it didn't work and all the repressed memories and emotions while I was catching my breath exploded Btw I have a severe dissociative amnesia I recalled all my childhood trauma (very bad ones) and I remembered that I have a son, who I didn't believe his mother because of my memory confusion tell what to do his 4 yo now I feel ashamed that I didn't know my own son , Tell me what to do the only way was to sacrifice very precious thing to know more precious thing , need your help tell me what to do I wasn't there for him he is calling other guy dad that's the most painful thing can a father feel.

I am afraid I don't entirely understand. Could you get in contact with his mother and ask for more involvement?

If you've somehow completely forgotten that you have a son, then I think the best thing to do is just leave them alone.

Clearly the mother has been taking care of the child just fine for the past four years and you don't seem as though you're in any state to attempt to get involved with them now.

The child might even have a step parent now.

You won't be able to just walk into their lives.

And you literally just attempted suicide - you need to figure out if you're going to seek treatment or not, before you do anything else.
