So, if you commit suicide, the police directly investigate your parents, charge them, and put you in jail?

I want to ask if the police are trying hard to track down and arrest all the members associated with me.

When I asked my parents, I was told that if I committed suicide, the police would directly investigate and search my parents and anyone connected to them, and they could be arrested.

That depends on the laws and regulations where you live.

As you didn't mention your country of residence it is difficult to give you a specific answer.

I dont know what country ur in. In UK suicide was illegal, (u could also get in trouble for not reporting someone suicidal...) not sure if still is.

This seems to be the general rule. The only ppl who would be arrested are ppl who assist you. If yr worried ,tell the ppl around u who know to go somewhere camera'd /public being watched, cinema with a ticket etc, while u do it.
So long as they were not part of any of it. They do not aid you physically or bought the SN for you etc, no, no-one will be arrested.
Depends on the country tho spose.

the only reason i think they would do that is if youre a minor or you had legal issues with your parents before.. other than that it doesnt make sense to me that they would. even if so it wouldnt last long since they can easily prove your suicide anyway

Why would anyone get arrested? I'm not sure I understand the question.

When you CTB the police won't be interested, its a funeral homes problem not a police one. The police are not here to do everything.

The cause of death has to be determined, because it may be associated with a homicide, incitement to suicide (by threats, cruel treatment, or systematic humiliation), or assisted suicide which may be illegal and punishable by the local law.

I'd wonder what led to them chasing up things in cases where the police do action suicides. I remember seeing an ad for a documentary about a girl who was charged for giving her boyfriend encouragement during his end.

In my city there was someone literally murdered but the police saw a note left by the killer and closed the case (also another case because the note confessed that the latest victim killed the one before). If he hadn't kept going, they were perfectly happy to buy it as a suicide.

I doubt many police forces in the west have the money and people to do that.

Here in my country they hardly attend actual crimes, they don't care about suicide here.
