"Reach out for help." "Help is out there." "Reach out to your loved ones." "Reach out to friends and family."

Unhelpful platitude galore. Blah, blah, blah. The few times I've told anyone about my suicidal ideation, the response has never been good: I've been laughed at, ignored, asked to change the subject, or cut off.

Normies say to reach out for help, but when you actually do, they have no idea what to say nor how to respond. Never mind that not everyone has friends and family, like myself. When you ask them what to do if you have no loved ones to turn to, they'll just stare at you blankly for a few moments searching for something to say then change the subject. And even if you do, you might feel uncomfortable opening up to them because you know they won't help whatsoever.

It's just what they say to themselves to keep the illusion going. The illusion that the world is a kind and just place. Can't afford to lose that belief.

"wish you luck"
"hope things get better"

there is no help
there are no solutions
there is nothing to do
You can't fix everything
It's over....

Some people want to feel like they help someone regardless of whether they're actually helpful.

The only time I've ever heard anything like that actually help someone is when they tell a veteran to talk to another veteran. Not a friend, family member, church or whoever. Someone who's been there. I wish people would understand that there are just things your family cannot grasp.

But like I've said before, most people are freaking clueless. Has anyone ever been told to talk to another one of us? Someone who really knows what those feelings are like?

Reach out to who!? There's barely anybody in this world who understands my situation, my views and what my brain is like. Not even many people on this site are able to understand me. Finding people who understand me is super, super rare. If I reach out to almost anybody, they would just call me a psychopath and a lunatic for having my views on life because they're just so biased to be pro life and anti death no matter what
