I would say you want to leave around 2hrs for certain where you won't be bothered by anyone just to be sure. 40 minutes may be generous.

After passing out, and likely whilst still conscious soon before passing out, you won't be recognising anything, including pain. That isn't to say you will be having a good time whilst you vomit nor is it to say you won't panic which is totally normal and fine. Yeah thank you for the advice hopefully the sodium nitrite i produce will be as pure as possible so it allows me to pass as painless as possible. Thank you for responding ill definitely give that thread a look

All methods definitely have discomfort so I'm just gonna down some alcohol and fly off.
