Venting I hate my weak personality

I have almost no ego, I expect things to go bad for me, I feel powerless, I give up on things that can be good, I have no will to do stuff, I am scared of confrontation

I wasn't always like that I am this way becouse of life events that weakened me, I don't deserve to live

I'm sorry life has beaten you down to this point. I am pretty simillar in a way, it feels awful and different experiences in life can really break you. I'm not going to promise you it will get better or any other toxic positivity bs, but I do want you to know that being "weakened" because of life events doesn't make you undeserving of life, it's a sad and cruel price we pay for surviving the trauma, but you are not less valuable because of it.

I'm so sorry you've had to go through all this; life has certainly been tough, but facing life's ups and downs doesn't mean you don't deserve to be here. You deserve peace and happiness.
