Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hmm, don't have much exp with guns but i'd take into consideration 2 locations. Deep wilderness where they wouldn't have to extensively clean up, letting nature take its course or a tiled room as tiles are relatively easy to clean. If you have access to old fashioned iron bath tub - that might also be viable method to reduce splash.
