i feel so very waful that i cant anymore i have all of my feelings and all of everything all of the place and i dont know what to do im at point of desperation i just dont know what is the right what is the wrong anymore its all absolute chaos i cant even. please help.

Yeah I know that feeling. My mind has started to deteriorate at an alarming rate recently. Dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts for years on end will drive anyone insane.
