I'm new here but I've been scrolling through the threads and I just can't find any method that will work for me
I don't know how to even numb the pain

I feel trapped as well and I am also struggling with my method. It feels like I'll never escape this life on my terms.

I certainly understand that it's so dreadful feeling trapped here, it's just inhumane how we cannot leave this existence in peace whenever we wish to, I despise how suicide is purposely made so difficult.
