I feel so suicidal, I want to die but I don't want to do ctb this year.

I am sorry you feel that way, I know how it feels, is ctb the goal sometime in the future or do you just wanna find a way to get better ?

What's causing your thoughts about CTB? Does anything trigger it? Have you consulted a doc?
