I decided to get back into working out. After being in a rut for nearly over a month, I decided to want to get back to exercising. I did some floor exercises and was about to hit my exercise bike when I had flashbacks of trauma. It was so strong that I decided to finish after the floor expertises. I feel bad because I didnt do what all I wanted to. I feel weak and pathetic.

Keep at it, you're not weak or pathetic. I'm a hypocrite for saying this because I don't apply it to myself nearly enough...but it only seems weak and pathetic if you're comparing yourself to someone else.

Those people don't know what this is like. It can literally take everything we have to do what simple tasks feel like for other people. But what you did is a step in the right direction. Just keep going. You'll build back up to where you want to be if you just drag yourself to that bike and to the floor exercises.

You did good. Rather than focusing on what you missed look at what you did manage to do. You did some exercise and, more importantly, were in the mindset of trying to better yourself and taking steps to do it. You've done well, we're proud of you.

Thank you both for responding. My hope is to get back on track. I am also working onlooking more at home and making things homemade than buying things outside
