i was trying to do a drug and plastic bag method but after i took some i got really dizzy and shaky and i couldnt tie the bag properly. i was woken up by my dad and he just got mad at me. i feel like he isnt even taking me seriously i fucking hate this i wish i died

I've had many failed attempts, mostly due to cowardice or poor planning.

They are just opportunities to learn and improve. Don't beat yourself up, it just wasn't meant to be your time to go.
