Help i don't want to live like this anymore.

it feels like there's no way out of this hole i've been living in. i get better and it's fine for a few days, a few weeks, a few months, and then it all comes back and it's too much. i'm so sick of wanting to die. i haven't cut myself in months but i have to

Sit down, take a breath, and just try and clear your mind, What's brought you to this point, talk to us?
I won't sit and say don't self harm, as I know at times its a coping mechanism that to us is the only way, But before you get to that point, talk to us more. Vent, rant let it out, we don't judge but will listen instead.
