I can't take the guilt anymore, and to be fair, I have been struggling with depression for about a full year now and since my freshman year of high school it started to progress more and more up until Junior year where it was almost unbearable. I met my 1st ex in August and was already suicidal, she helped ease that, then we split in February where I had met my new ex a week later.( I noticed my then ex was already talking to other guys so I just said to hell with it and I started talking to my newest ex. She helped me through a lot but after we split up, it got so much worse again. After we split we spoke again about a month and a half later and she layed some pretty messed up things on me and to be honest. I can't take the guilt much more. If any of you all could provide me with some way to deal with this, it would mean alot. I wouldn't want CTB to be my solution but to be honest if I can't find a solution to this I definitely won't be able to handle living with this. Thanks again if you have any advice
