I desperately need AE

For years I've been planning to go out with SN. I have it, it's been sitting in my closet for a while but I haven't been able to actually do anything with it because I haven't been able to get access to any other meds. I really need AE and probably beta blockers to help with the fast heart rate. I went to a doctor a while ago, told her I was vomiting and having migraines, the only thing she would prescribe me was Zofran despite me telling her it doesn't work for me.

Can someone please pm me with sources, I'm desperate and want to leave so badly but I can't fuck this up and I probably will if I just take sn and nothing else. Please please help me

Same here, I can't believe it is harder to get compared to SN and sedatives. I am too scared to consider a try without it.

The same clearnet site that sold me the finasteride that brought me here also sells AEs and beta blockers. You just have to pay in crypto or money order.

I don't know if I'm at the stage with this site where I'm fully comfortable directly sending someone to something they'll use toward CTB.

But if you do a little digging you'll find an Indian website that sells finasteride and various other common pharmaceuticals, they ask for a prescription number but you can just leave it blank and they'll still ship it. I live in the US and it got here with no issues. Did take a while.

Out of curosity why do you need to go international for Finasteride? Can get it from the UK easy enough, just get it from an online pharmacy and just make somthing up during the online consutancy phase/questionnaire.

Getting it grey market like that was the cheapest, easiest way. The normal online options wanted an arm and a leg for something that ended up fucking me over anyway
