Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

my apartment was fucking disgusting. borderline squalid, if I'm honest. but I finally did it. I have cleaned my entire place. it feels strange not to be sitting uncomfortable with my own filth. it's been hard, and I'm exhausted now, but I did it.

Mine looks like someone burgled it. I have stuff all over the bed which I'm sleeping in. I haven't washed the dishes since God knows when. I feel your pain!! Way to go for pushing through!!

literally the entire contents of my cupboard were all over my worktops. I had so many dishes that I had nothing clean left. the change that I've seen today has been pretty damn drastic.
Well done. It can be tough to do when you don't have a system or a routine. I used to have a 3 productive things rule. Where I'd only have a beer in the evening if I'd done 3 productive things in a day.

Aw no, you're not a pig :( I get lazy when it comes to cleaning my room too. I have to usher up so much energy both physically and mentally and usually in the end I just give up.
If you're putting something off, take an object related to whatever task it is and leave it out in a place that you frequent or occupy for most of the day. For example when I need to hoover, I'll get up and leave the hoover in the hall until I eventually do it. Similarly, I bought an alcohol stove about 2 months ago and haven't used it yet. It was in my backpack. I took it out today and just left it on my desk. I have already took it apart and learned all the parts. Tomorrow I will light it for the first time. I've found that out of sight is often out of mind, so I just try to reverse engineer it by forcing my monkey brain to see.

I do exactly this. I irritate myself into doing things I'm putting off. I'm currently putting off testing different sims in my phone to get the provider with the best reception, and doing a clean remove/reinstall of my graphics drivers.

It always feels really good to clean up a space, and it seems like the extra effort and energy it takes makes the reward even greater. It certainly can be hard to push ourselves to do things as intensive as cleaning. Congratulations on achieving such a healthy goal.
