I cant get myself to pass out partial hanging

I've been trying to find those carotid arteries but I keep only blocking the jugulars. Please someone tell me that this method works. It's my only way.

Yeah you don't pass out right away if it's not done right. I've tried a few times and only gave myself a headache, hopefully it works out better for you
