It's such a struggle, I can't even do simple tasks

I find many task I used to do without thinking like climbing a mountain now. Mostly this is down to extreme chronic lack of sleep. Id I had more help and assistance this might be easier, but I don't so I have to adapt and that is hard work. I'm really sorry it's such a struggle for you too.
