Basically, I squat down, butt close to my heels, armpits are close to my knees, and arms bend. I stay in this position for at least a minute. Then I extend my arms and legs, and as I stand up, I take an extremely deep breath until my lungs feel like they're gonna pop. Now if I stand straight and still, I'll pass out in 5 to 10 seconds. I wake up laying on the ground 5-15 seconds later.
I could use this to get over SI when standing on a tall object.
Or I use the small time window to jump on a chair, put a rope around my neck, and I pass out and fall from the chair. (Or something like that)
The only downside is that the passing out is unreliable when it's cold or when I'm not taking a deep enough breath. And I'm actually not sure if it works for healthy people (My back is kinda stiff sometimes and I little curved, I think this helps passing out.)
