Stan's guide says to do liquid fast 2 hours before taking SN, but then says to take 600mg ibuprofen an hour before, AE 45 minutes before, then antacid 30 minutes before... YOU NEED WATER TO TAKE THESE DOWN! What am I supposed to do ?!?!?

Lotsa people can swallow pills without water haha. It's okay to take some water with it, it's not going to affect things significantly. ALSO anti-acid is no longer recommended because it delays lactic acidosis, which makes you pass out more quickly.

The purpose of avoiding liquids, is so one is not gulping down liters of something for no reason prior to having a vomit risk. Having a sip of water for pills is totally fine, it's just about minimizing liquid in the stomach.

I may have been misinterpreting, and it's been a really long time since I've looked into it... so his meaning or intent may not be what I'd always thought of when hearing the term, "Liquid fast," which means certain 'liquids,' are okay. A DRY Fast, on the other hand, would be no fluids as well (as no food). But again, i'm not sure of his context for this, as it's just simply been too long for me.

That's right, you made me edit my post to be less confusing. The actual guide doesn't ever use the terms dry or liquid fast, just discusses fasting and avoiding liquids for 2 hours.
