Well done Hun! That's how you do it. Keep trying to fix things, one thing at a time. Never give up asking for help. Practice what you learn in therapy! Very well done

All of you that have a post here, is the main reason that I am here also. I consider SS as my family and everyone on SS as a good friend.

The love and kindness that has been shown to me here is without question the highlight of the goodness in humanity.

I feel is if I have over 28,000 brothers and sisters here and it makes each and every day so much more bearable.

Same. I have been on an upswing recently but this has happened before. I always fall back down.

It has been in the negatives here the past few days. It's funny because most people hate the bitter Winter cold. It makes them sad. For some reason I have always liked it. Today has been the first day it's 'warm' again. Funnily enough, when I saw the sun shining and opened my windows and felt the cool breeze that felt like Spring, all my loneliness came flooding back. Seeing the afternoon sun filtering into my room fills me with such melancholy. It's strange.

Thanks for this post. It's nice to know other people know what it's like. Even if its not exactly the same.
