I am thinking of same backup plans if the first don't go as planned. And I am asking of same ideas like what might be the most painful ones or also ones that don't make to much of a mess.Any help will do.

Don't try and overdose on paracetamol it takes loads, fail and you projectile vomit for days, quitapine if you fail and get resuscitated you can't walk and your legs are itchy and burning, slitting your wrist ( diagonal or horizontal) doesn't work well unless you really butcher it failing that it does leave a scar,
