I AM SO EXCITED I HAVE MY SN

Okay today I was suppoused to pick up my SN in the morning, there were some problems but I finally received it. (my battery is low and I panicked that it may not be enough for them to contact me for when it was ready) they didn't ask any questions and just gave me the general information on how to store it. Also, I will start eating almonds today (because even if it is a little it may help) I bought 148 almonds so I will be eating 21 per day until jan 11. I will try to test the SN anyways (with a little blood and mix it). I just can't explain in words how it makes me feel, needed to share this with someone. I feel like I live in a constant state of panic haha.

Damn, I had no idea. I bought myself 2 bags of whole almonds today... I guess something is looking out for me. I'll be giving this a go as I'll be ctbing by next week.

Congrats! didn't know about the almond thing will have to give it a try. I got SN a couple months ago it's just stored in the cupboard and every now and then I take it out to test it dissolving in water. Never have the courage to take it though...

I'll be making a goodbye thread and having a friend document my ctb as I take SN... I don't know, it's weird maybe, but I don't want to leave without leaving something behind for you all. I want to help even in death.

Sorry to hear that things are so bad right now but I think is good that you have someone close that supports you... Comoletely understand your feelings about wanting to help the community through some information, I don't think is weird... If I could I would like to do the same... To document it... I Definetly admire your effort, it must be hard

It doesn't need to be almonds. You can still use inositol supplements.

Yep, raw almonds. I know I don't need them but I think the supplements are more expensive (I am already spending almost all of the money I have rn for my ctb location haha). And also, almonds are easier for me to get. I just wanted to give it a try

For anyone else who are going to use almonds, make sure they're raw. Using roasted/processed ones minimize the IP6 in them.

Yeah, it should be safe. We've talked and planned this out very thoroughly and with much thought. They're in another country and we will be using alt accounts to have the call. Then deactivate / delete everything. It's mainly for support as I don't want to ctb alone.
