Hydromorphone amitriptyline

Dear community,
I had a terrible accident two years ago. I am still suffering from my broken body, I am not able to live a normal life.
I have access to amitriptilyne, hydromorphone (capsules) and lyrica. Is there a way to combine this medication to say goodbye to this planet?
